{"id":974,"date":"2020-04-24T18:06:55","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T18:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hgsenrollprod.wpengine.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=974"},"modified":"2020-04-24T18:07:13","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T18:07:13","slug":"science-2-b","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pay.myhudsonglobal.com\/pt\/product\/science-2-b\/","title":{"rendered":"Ci\u00eancias 2 B"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW109381550 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW109381550 BCX0\">Second Grade Science introduces students to the process of observation and how important it is to the study of science.\u00a0 Learners will identify their five senses and why they are critical to observation.\u00a0\u00a0 Students will use these observation skills throughout the course as they examine many different types of animals and their environments.\u00a0 Students begin by observing ants in their own environments and continue onto learning the different types of birds.\u00a0 Students will come to understand plant and animal rhythms and will perform small experiments with plants.\u00a0 Stories will be used to teach the students about nature and interactions that humans have with nature.\u00a0 They will continue to learn about animals and their characteristics habitats, and needs.\u00a0 Students will learn through video, audio stories, hands-on participation and observation with nature.\u00a0 The teachers will conduct live assessments for the topics that had been covered throughout the week\u2019s lessons. Grade 2 Science provides students with the opportunity to expand their minds and see for themselves the way that animals and nature are a part of their everyday lives.
