The following persons have access to student records:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Virtual Schools of Excellence Board of Trustee members<\/li>\n<li>Our CEO. administrative team, and professional staff of the school.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate administrative support staff members and other professionals who have a legitimate educational or legal interest in student records as designated by the CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Virtual Schools of Excellence&nbsp;<strong>provides an academic transcript <\/strong>upon the request of the primary school and\/or student\u2019s parent\/legal guardian.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with state and federal privacy laws, students who attain the age of 18 may transfer certain rights related to their academic records. To learn more about this please contact our admissions department.<\/p>\n<p>Some schools assign a site facilitator to help students who use school labs to access VSOE courses. Facilitators will have access to students\u2019 online work. Facilitators will not have access to students\u2019 demographics.<\/p>\n<p>No member of the VSOE staff is authorized to release student information without the online permission form completed by the student\u2019s legal guardian or without approval of the VSOE CEO.<\/p>\n<p>Names, images, and\/or course work of VSOE students will not be published in print, video\/film, or on our website without written student and guardian consent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All VSOE students are provided a unique password to access online courses.
